Pulling Them Out of the Fire

The above artwork was designed by Dale Jackson, our graphic artist at Living Waters. The poster is captioned with Jude 22-23. "And on some have compassion, making a distinction; but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh."

We've started showing this picture at the end of each edition of "On the Box," along with several moments of silence. The reason is simple. We want every Christian who watches the program to realize that we live in a critical time, in human history. Every Christian should live with a sense of urgency--not fearful for their own life, but fearful for the lives of those who are lost, apart from genuine repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and bound for Hell.

We try to have a lot of fun on the show. But we never lose sight of the fact that God has commanded all followers of Christ to preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15) and make disciples of every nation (Matthew 28:18-20). Ray, Chad, and I (along with the rest of the "On the Box" team) are committed to helping you, our brothers and sisters in Christ, to obey the Great Commandment, while fulfilling the Great Commission.

The most loving thing a Christian will ever do for another human being is share the gospel with if you were "pulling them out of the fire."

Be encouraged, strengthened, and unafraid. Proclaim the gospel!
